Darren Stevens at age 45 with 190. Take a bow.

Darren Stevens went berserk hitting 15 sixes and 15 fours in a knock of 190 of 149 balls. Darren Stevens has set a new benchmark by being the oldest cricketer in English county championship to score a ton at age 45. Yes, there were strong winds blowing in Canterbury uprooting trees, but it still takes great reflexes at that age to send the hits scurrying to the fence & over it. Take a bow: Stevens. One more six & he could have set another stupendous record of equalling the 16 sixes hit by Graham Napier & could have become the oldest cricketer to do so.
