Cricket breaking news world: Indian captain Virat Kohli has quit as test captain, thus bringing an end to an era of being the most successful Indian captain ever. Let us all doff our caps to this gung-ho captain. Kohli’s name will be among the top five most successful captains in tests.

India’s dream of achieving their maiden test series triumph against South Africa in South Africa remains a distant dream with South Africa winning the series 2-1. Full credit to a South African rebuilding side to to it to India. Keegan Petersen with bat & Marco Jansen with the ball, the big finds of the series.

Australia once again on the ascendant in the final test of the Ashes series with a 115 runs lead in the first innings & 37 for 3 in the 2nd dig, 152 runs ahead on the 2nd day.

Sri Lanka precariously placed at no 7 in the Odi super league list, take on Zimbabwe in the odi series.
