Cricket Happenings South Africa won odi series v India 3 nil, West Indies won 1st t20 v England, Afghanistan won 2nd odi v Netherlands & Pakistan wicket keeper batsman Mohammad Rizwan the ICC t20 cricketer of the year 2021.

South Africa clean swept India 3 nil in the odi series. Final odi was exciting, but India lost the match by 4 runs. Quinton De Kock player of the match and series.

West Indies won the 1st t20 v England very easily by 9 wickets. England 103 all out. Jason Holder with 4 wickets, player of the match.

Afghanistan took a winning 2 nil lead in the odi series v Netherlands. Rahmanullah Gurbaz making a ton & Mujibur Rahman, the spinner doing the damage with 4 wickets.

Pakistan batsman Mohammad Rizwan named the ICC t20 cricketer of the year 2021 after becoming the only player to have scored 2000 runs in a calendar year in t20 cricket. Take a bow.
