Bangladesh have won the Under 19 World cup, their first ever win in the history by beating defending champions India in the finals. India 177 all out was full credit to Bangladesh bowlers, barring Jaiswal, who top scored with 88. Bangladesh deserve full credit for their maiden win.

Pakistan’s young pace bowler, Nasim Shah became the youngest bowler in test history to take a hat trick at the age of 16, when he beat the Bangladesh batsmen with sheer pace. The earlier record for the quickest hat trick in tests, incidentally was held by Bangladesh spinner, Alok Kapali, who did it at age 19. Bangladesh on day 3 had done a good job of restricting Pakistan to 446. Bangladesh were staring at defeat on the 4th day of the test, trailing by 86 runs with just 4 wickets intact. Onus on captain Mominul Haq & Liton Das to avoid a innings defeat.

England drew the odi series with South Africa by winning the 3rd odi. Joe Denly topscored with 66 for England. Bairstow played a quickfire innings. For South Africa, De Kock made a good score & Miller pasted a trio of sixes of Jordan to get South Africa to 258, but that was still not enough.
